Tevfik Arif and Donald Trump's collaboration to construct the Trump Soho

There are not many Kazakhs who have managed to build successful businesses in America. When it comes to prominent Kazakh names, Tevfik Arif cannot be left out.

He was a young man who tried numerous ways to make money before he was one of Trump's business associates.

In the Trump Tower, Tevfik Arif and the Bayrock Group met members of the Trump Organization.

Bayrock Group, owing to these business ties included the Trump Organization on a project in New York City's Soho District.

Bayrock Group, along with the Sapir Organization, were already planning a new initiative for Soho. They believed that the Trump Organization could provide brand recognition.

The firm's projects include the Ritz-Carlton hotel located in Washington, D.C., and the September 11th National Memorial in New York City.

Bayrock Rockwell Group is also known for its impressive portfolio, that comprises Handel Architects. Numerous luxury restaurants, hotels and casinos are among the customers of the firm.

Bayrock The agreement was signed by Bayrock Group, Sapir Organization and the Trump Organization. Construction of Trump Soho may begin in the year 2006.

So, Tevfik Arif returned to Europe and Central Asia because of a shift in the market in the United States.

His vast knowledge of real estate and tourism he gained through his studies is a testament to this. It also proved beneficial when he relocated to Turkey in 1993, to establish a new business.

Tevfik Arif was the first to open the Labada luxurious hotel in Antalya. The hotel quickly became the main force behind timeless all-inclusive resorts.

He had eight years more of impressive achievements throughout Europe as well as Central Asia, before he crossed the Atlantic to conquer America's market.

The real estate investments of Bayrock Group in the United States totalled $2.5 million.

In the last few years, Bayrock Group was not associated with any US real estate development projects.
